I just found out that the Arthritis Foundation is holding its fourth annual Arthritis Walk on Sunday, April 27. The walk will be held at Bridgeport Community Park in Santa Clarita, Calif.
But even if you don’t live in the area, you can help by donating to the cause by visiting www.scvarthritiswalk.org or by calling (818) 995-7378.
If you do live in the area, onsite registration will start at 8 a.m. and warmup exercises will begin at 9 a.m. Both the 5K and One Mile Option walks will start at 9:30 a.m., and the festival begins at 10:30 a.m. It should be a really good time (and a great cause!!). If you want to join the race, the Web site even has tips on how to raise money. I know if I were in the area, I’d be there. I just wanted all of you to know about it!
